	New Development - Lagoon Terraces – The Farmhouse Hotel Brief The brief was to provide new accommodation on the northern most portion of the site, and area that is currently under utilised and vacant, as an extension of The Farmhouse hotel. All rooms are to have a lagoon view and lead to a private patio and roof terrace or balcony to also optimise the outdoor living opportunities of the setting. Rooms are to promote a luxurious feel and satisfy the expectations associated with a four star rated hospitality destination. The entire new wing will primarily be used to expand the room accommodation to the existing hotel. Provision must also be made for a secondary reception and lounge area to supplement the facilities in the original farmstead. We also wanted to create a pool and a pool terrace that is state of the art and could compete with the best in the hospitality industry. We expect the Lagoon Terraces to be complete by 2010.

	The Crystal Village & Life has been appointed to manage The Crystal, an exciting new residential development yet to be completed, in Camps Bay. The architecture of the building responds directly to its context, one of the dramatic mountain range of the 12 Apostles to the spectacular sunsets over the Atlantic. The building opens up to the West, maximizing views from every apartment to the Ocean. While the ground floor apartments benefit from the natural landscaped gardens surrounding the stunning pool and pool decks, the top floor apartments have the option of going out onto their mezzanine level balcony to take in the spectacular views of the mountains! The Crystal comprises of a total of 41 spacious units, from bachelor to two bedroom apartments, with loft apartments at the top. The apartments have a five star grading and will be fully serviced luxury apartments with services offered such as a central reservation, a concierge, housekeeping and luxury transfers. Construction has commenced our first guests will be able to enjoy staying at The Crystal, by December 2009.
