Frequent sales trips are conducted locally and to the UK. The sales office assists with information on all Village & Life products including rates, contracting, brochures, web requirements and providing up to date marketing material. The department attends and hosts popular local and international workshops, including the very popular SA trade show, Indaba. We can now analyze and understand consumer intelligence and behaviour by interpreting the data provided by online analyzing tools. For example, in layman’s terms, we can tell what pages on our websites the consumers are visiting the most and how we can therefore use that information to better ourselves.
